Yoga and Ayurveda Lifestyle Course

On this course, you will learn a set of Yoga postures (Asanas) and all the health benefits that go with every Asana. You will also learn how to integrate an Ayurvedic routine into your life.
The practice of Yoga Asanas integrates mind and body and has profound benefits on both.
Yoga Asanas are the ideal way to begin your TM program; the Yoga Asanas prepare the physiology for transcending.
Research shows that the regular practice of Yoga Asanas improves flexibility, strength and stamina, boosts self-esteem, improves concentration and creativity, improves circulation, stimulates the immune system and creates a sense of well being and calm.
The course consists of 16 lessons.

Cost: The cost is R1600 and includes materials, tuition, light lunch and teas. Can be paid over two instalments if needed.
