Yoga and Pranayama Evening for Meditators
January 15 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
6.00 P.M. YOGA: Anyone can do this (you need to have learnt the TM technique). No previous lessons or experience. If you’re coming straight from work bring comfortable clothing. If you have a yoga mat bring it with you, otherwise you can use our makeshift ones.
6.45 P.M. PRANAYAMA (breathing exercise) and TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATION: Pranayama is a very simple and effortless process of refining and balancing the breath and creating co-herence in the brain thereby enabling the transcending process to be more easy and effortless. We will instruct you before starting.
Both the Yoga and Pranayama really enrich your experience of TM. and once you have learnt the process you are welcome to incorporate them in your daily meditation routine.
